Shipping Information
The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are internationally-based, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.
Processing Time
As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-4 days.
Shipping Time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination, which typically takes 5-15 business days.
*Note: Please understand that these delivery times are estimates. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the location of recipient and processing center used.
Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time link to tracking page. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
Delivery
Depending on your area most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be in your regular mail. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected.
Bonuses
Bonuses will be processed and sent to eligible customers within 3 days after the delivery of their package. The delivery date will be confirmed through the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
If customers do not receive their bonus within the specified timeframe, they should contact info@milmar.shop for assistance. Customer support will verify the delivery date and ensure the bonus is sent promptly.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any other costs the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
